The County of Riverside Department of Animal Services is recruiting for an Animal Services Supervisor to supervise the Support Services Front Counter.
The Support Services Front Counter is a resources for the community staffed by both Animal Services Representatives and Clerical staff. They are tasked with providing clerical support services for Pet Adoptions, Stray Turn-ins, Owner Redemption, Licensing and more related services. The Animal Services Supervisor will lead the team in providing customer service to the community. They will also answer escalated questions, handle complaints, and provide support. They assist in hiring and training, monitoring progress, and coaching employees to cultivate the knowledge and skills to provide excellent service to the community.
Competitive candidates will have experience leading a team of customer service representatives with hands on experience. Chameleon or other animal care tracking software experience is also highly desired but not required.
