We are looking for a bright individual for the role of AI Researcher. You will join a highly qualified team with domain expertise and years of experience in markets and technology. Responsibilities

• Source, clean and analyze datasets for AI model training
• Research, explore, implement and evaluate AI models and solutions
• Build AI model prototypes as well as production-quality models for deployment
• Write documentation and model documentation
• Develop an expert level knowledge in the carbon markets domain

Required

• MA and/or MS in a technical subject (e.g., computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, etc)
• Demonstrable research level abilities, understand and take new ideas and approached to the next level
• Proven aptitude to developing neural networks solutions (employment, personal projects, etc)
• Proven knowledge of models codifying data into embeddings vectors (e.g., NLP, etc)
• Proven practical knowledge of data and models involving knowledge graphs (employment, personal projects, etc)
• Advanced skills in Python (numpy, scipy, pandas, etc)
• Demonstrable advanced skills in TensorFlow 2
  
• Work level skills in SQL, MongoDB or other database frameworks
• Advanced data exploration and visualization skills
• Good applied statistics skills, such as probability distributions, statistical testing, etc
• Fast learner, capable of quickly gaining domain expertise in the highly complex climate and sustainability markets
• Clear analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to envision and propose new and creative ways to solutions
• Passion for technology and issues related to climate and sustainability markets
• Ability to work well with teams in a collaborative way
• Exceptional technical and business communication in English, verbal and written

Preferred

• PhD in a technical subject (e.g., computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, etc)
• Experience in financial markets, even better if carbon and/or commodities markets
• Experience managing complex technology projects
