As an Agriculture Process Supervisor for our Agricultural Solutions business unit, you will build a meaningful career while supporting BASF’s Maricopa, AZ site. During your rotating shifts as an Agriculture Process Supervisor, you will…

• Oversee day to day operations in packaging and/or de-linting plant.
• Manage the plant monitoring programs and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as they apply to the various processes of the facility.
• General repairs and preventative maintenance during the off season.
• Communicate verbally or in writing to management status of production, project, or function.
• Lead team meetings for shift change, cleaning, maintenance, and regulatory topics.

If you…

• Earned High school diploma or GED
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in seed production, ginning, and seed conditioning or relevant farm/mechanical experience
