Description:

The Afterhours Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the Afterhours Client Coordinator team. Candidate will ensure all incoming service requests are responded to within 10 minutes of receipt and all phone calls are answered within (3) rings. The Afterhouse Supervisor will assist with running the service requests from start to finish, serve as the escalation point and assist with marking up quotes, etc. This candiate is Energetic, friendly, enthusiastic and obtains customer relation skills; previous management or supervisory experience preferred, knowlege of repair & maintenance trades such as (handyman, plumbing, electrical), must posess mutli-tasking abilities, must be detail oriented, must possess good communication skills to our clients, vendors and internal team candidate must be dependable and have timely attendance.

Requirements:
  • Possess excellent phone skills such as the ability to carry on a conversation with callers, maintain a friendly, energetic tone and handle multiple phone lines
  • Possess customer relation skills
  • Possess multi-tasking abilities
  • Answer inquiries and follow up quickly to resolve issues per Brandpoint's SLAs
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop a rapport with the clients and vendors
  • Monitor and maintain entries in Brandpoint's work order mgmt system to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Proactively identify potential issues or service misses
  • Work to resolve disputes in a timely fashion
  • Act as the trainer for new hires of the afterhours team
  • Identify ways to improve process and assist with implementing
  • Work collaboratively with daytime team to ensure any jobs that the Afterhorus team has handled, the daytime team is aware of and armed with all necessary information when their shift begins
