After Service Sales Representative
Essential Job Functions:
The After Service Sales Representative will be a partner in the cultivation of selling service to new customers. The MES territory service sales manager will work with customers, field management, sales reps and adjacent service teams to assure that our service customer base grows in all areas of service, promoting the ultimate customer experience with a focus on maximizing profits.
The ideal candidate will also work closely with the Territory Vice President and Territory Service Managers in implementing, directing, and planning all new customer service sales activities. A special emphasis will be placed on working closely with our IRC’s (customer operated in-house repair centers) and with new customers to secure new service business.
Selling service to new customers includes:
- End user calls to present MES Service offering and capabilities
- End user presentations to highlight our service offering
- Telemarketing to identify potential targets
- Work weeks in the field with MES sales team 1 week a month
- Independent work weeks in the field 3 weeks a month
- Follow up on SDR campaign candidates/ targets
- Assist SDR team with direct marketing campaigns
Selling additional services to existing customers includes:
- End user calls to present additional MES Service offering and capabilities
- Telemarketing to identify potential targets
- Follow up on SDR campaign candidates/ targets
- Assist SDR team with direct marketing campaigns
- Personal phone calls for additional service requirements- adjacent services
Additional administration, coordinating efforts, performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis to include:
- Monitoring and reporting of territory market share by product brand
- Monitoring and reporting of MES service market share by category
- Monitoring and reporting of competition efforts and activities in territory
- Collaboration with marketing to produce after sales programs and promotions
- Perform analysis and reporting of key business measurements and opportunities regarding service
This full time role reports directly to the territory vice president, with a dotted line to the MES Service General Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Five years sales management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management
- Independent work abilities
- Focused work ethic
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and non-THC drug test.
- Candidate must live in the Western part of the U.S. and be prepared to cover the Western Zone territory
Training requirements:
- One-week ride-a-long with the territory service manager
- One week ride-a-long with SCBA technician’s
- One week ride-a-long with Hurst technician’s
- One week ride-a-long with compressor technician’s
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,249.27 - $125,300.53 per year
