Location: Redmond

Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm

Pay: $24-$25/hr DOE + 10% shift differential

We are seeking a Final Inspector for a thriving aerospace company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting final acceptance and in-process tests and inspection on a variety of projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with Quality Inspection experience looking to further their career.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Review purchase orders, customer documents, and process documentation in preparation for conducting quality conformance tests and inspections

· Performs and documents First Article Inspections using InspectionXpert and NetInspect software

· Reviews documentation requirements for FAIs

· Collections and records inspection and test data; generates reports of inspection and test results

· Performs inspections as required utilizing convention layout inspection techniques and equipment

· Prepares FAA documentation

· Determines cause and responsibility for non-conformance events

Essential Qualifications:

· 2 years of electro-mechanical inspection experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings

· Previous experience and a working knowledge in the use of a large variety of inspection tools including photometers, dimensional measuring equipment; multi-meters, power supplies, hipot and resistance testers, and other tools

Bonus Skills

· Some college of vocational courses in Quality Assurance

· AA degree in Quality Technology

· Aerospace Experience

· Knowledge of GD&T

· Industry certifications in soldering (J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610) and wire harnessing (IPC-A-620) or equivalent
