To be successful you must have the desire and skills to find new clients who want to reach the family marketplace. You must understand multi channel marketing and how to prospect and manage sales meetings from open to the close.

We are a skills first and solutions based company and have the leading brand of local family media in Nashville and the country.

Your skills must include but are not limited to:

• Proactively prospect, qualify, and grow your local account list of NEW business
• Responsible for contracting, and servicing existing accounts
• Creative ideas when working thru the production process for your clients
• Be proactive in reaching the next customer who can benefit from our media.
• The skills to nurture your accounts revenue upward by introducing ongoing new strategies for their benefit and growth

Cincinnati Family media has an opening for the right media salesperson who possesses the following abilities:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a combination of online and traditional broadcast advertising or equivalency of high level account management
• Proven track-record of successfully closing NEW business, while growing and renewing existing client base
• Ability to develop and manage an account base
• Understanding and knowledge of the Print, Digital programmatic digital strategies & social media marketing
• Manage meetings and follow up sales process with prospects and key decision makers
• Understand that in sales the word “No” is not a threat but your greatest opportunity for a sale
