Position Overview:

In order to be successful in this role, this person should be detail-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient with technology, and have a passion for the electrical construction industry.
Base Location/Travel Requirements:
- This position will primarily be based at our Macungie location with flexibility to work from home when appropriate
- There will be some travel, as necessary, to other offices, project and client sites, and for trainings and off-site meetings
Essential Functions/Duties:
- Assist with the material procurement process ensuring purchase orders, phase codes, and job numbers are utilized on all orders
- Assist with the equipment and tool procurement and management process on projects
- Draft, submit, and distribute project-specific and customer reports (SSSP/SSQP, etc.)
- Review daily Pre-Job Briefings for completeness and submit
- Assist the project team in monitoring and reporting on production and schedule
- Draft, submit, and distribute submittals
- Assist project team with applicable permits (i.e., customer, city, utility)
- Draft, submit, and distribute RFIs
- Interface and organize project specific document control (ProCore, Viewpoint, SharePoint)
- Assist project team with large package review, releases, and management
- Draft and submit subcontracts after review and approval by the project manager
- Assist the project management group with Vista reports and data entry
- Print drawing, build job packages and deliver to field
- Occasional travel and deliveries to jobsites
Education, Skills, Experience:
Required:
- High School diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Other:
- Valid Driver’s License or equivalent.
Desired:
- Forklift Operator License preferred
- Microsoft Project experience
- Previous experience in a supporting role within the construction industry
- OSHA 10
