JOB SUMMARY:
Primary administrative/secretarial support for the President. Administrative support also provided to the other members of the C-suite as defined. Contracts Administrator for the hospital and clinics. Limited support to Department Directors, as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Prepare for/Attend/Record minutes for various meetings including the bi-monthly Board of Trustees meeting.
  • Manage conference room/Private Dining Room calendars.
  • As needed work with Accounts Payable Department to facilitate vendor payments; receive/distribute checks from corporate accounting; and approve purchases.
  • Receive/tally check payments received through USPS; provide checks/tally to Billing Department.

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 2 years administrative assistant experience preferable in an executive suite

Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration (LCR):

    • Medium Work category requiring exertion up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 of force frequently and/or up to 10 of force continually to move objects.
