As a startup, our project is seeking a talented team member that can help us organize and coordinate our administrative needs for the success of the project and the team behind it.
Scope of the project:


  • Scheduling Meetings;

  • Following-up with potential clients or business partners;

  • Replying to messages to support the team;

  • Checking voicemail and email and direct them to the appropriate team member;

  • Conduct daily review of tech related news information to share with the team;

  • Managing administrative supplies and petty cash;

  • Create a filing system, handle sensitive documents and reports on approaching deadlines;

  • Personally manage the CEO schedule, meetings and records minutes as required;

  • Serve as a point of contact for Shestel.

Including other tasks related to the position.


Qualifications:

  • In path to be graduated in Business Project management and any related field;

  • Graduated students who want to improve their skills before entering the workforce;

  • Good written, verbal and overall communication skills;

  • Be timely in sharing communications to various board members, employees groups as required;

  • Adaptable and open to use new software and improve on skills already acquired.

  • Have a GPA no less than 3.5

  • Get at least one letter of recommendation from your institution.



Opportunities to the Administrative Assistant Intern:


  • Teaching interns how to prepare for meetings and record minutes;

  • Train in connecting with leads through follow-up calls and emails;

  • Coach in preparing reports and transmitting information from top to bottom or vice-versa;

  • Help interns understanding software tools;

  • Be hands-on working on real marketing needs, strategies development and implementation

  • have an exposure on social community, media and technology;

  • Be ready for the workforce;



Location:

  • Shestel will be operating remotely and with its team once a week at an indicated coworkers space in the Capital region.



Schedule:

  • The position is flexible and comes with the option to become a full time and paid employee.



Duration:

  • This internship program will last six (6) months and will come with intern performance review;

  • NB: This is an unpaid internship.



Other benefits:

  • In case the intern is required to work on site at a coworkers space, snacks, meals for the day and parking costs will be covered.
