Administrative Assistant

Must Haves:

  • Self-starter, ability to work independently, energetic, engaged, wants to learn
  • Understanding of basic administrative tasks
  • Excel, PowerPoint experience

Plusses:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Day to Day:

  • Help to manage 300+ vendors. This includes making sure all vendors have PTW’s (permit-to-work) prior to entering the facility.
  • After checking for PTW, the administrative assistant will then ensure all vendors and sub vendors have a COI (certificate of insurance) in order to work in the facility.
  • Take calls from desk in India, manage tickets and make sure they are closed out in a timely matter using CMS tool.
  • Run reports to show client and JLL staff which vendors are coming in that day and why.
  • Create and maintain detailed real estate documents requiring high levels of accuracy .
  • Serve as an information resource by conducting research, assembling data, and performing special projects
  • Maintain and update various SharePoint sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour
