Responsibilities:
Accurately record and maintain various accounting documentation on a timely basis.
Arrange documentation for audits of company accounts.
Support the CFO with a proper financial support.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, collections, and general accounting.
Manage Human Resource functions and maintain record keeping of hours worked,
vacation accrued and taken, along with points system per attendance policy.
Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on website, reviewing resumes,
performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains books current.
Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees and reconciles the benefits statements.
Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with
service providers concerning routine administration of programs.
Assures compliance with COBRA guidelines by preparing letters and other paperwork as
directed; receives and records COBRA insurance premium payments.
Requirements
Required: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance with Payroll experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance with HR/Payroll experience
