The Account Director is responsible for the overall Account Health, Long-Term Account Preservation, Customer Satisfaction and Profitability.
Essential Functions:
You core duties will be to support the Daily Customer Experience (exceeding expectations), Associate Development, Policy and Procedure Development, KPI’s, Metrics, Account Profitability, assistance in transitioning into New Accounts and the Overall Growth of the TDG Facilities Business. You will report directly to Bill Korn, Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Account Leadership
- Ensure we are Exceeding the Client’s Expectations
- When Concerns or Issues arise, address Immediately and develop a plan to avoid similar concerns and issues going forward
- Maintain Profitability of the Account
- Develop and Implement Account Specific Processes and Procedures
- Implement TDG Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure Client Specific Policies and Procedures are being met by TDG Personnel
- Ensure Safety Requirements are met on a Continuous Basis
- Hire, Develop and Retain site-based and mobile associates dedicated to the Account
- Have “Safety Nets” in place for when turnover occurs so that our service levels do not drop
- Also, this will allow us to remove “C” players more swiftly.
- Coach, Counsel, Terminate underperforming Associates
- Ensure Flexed in TDG Associates and Subcontractors are performing to Expectation
- Safety, Uniforms, Background Checks, Productivity
- Implement and Maintain Key Performance Indicators, Steering Team Meetings, Quality Assurance Programs to ensure continual success and client alignment
- Must Be a Strong Communicator both Internally and Externally with the client
- Ensure all Subcontractors are under TDG’s Subcontractor Master Agreement with COI’s and W9’s filed with Accounting
- All Invoicing and Invoicing Questions must be sent to TDG, not the client, this goes for Suppliers as well
- The Client must see TDG as their Trusted Facilities Partner on all facilities related items
- It is the Account Director’s Responsibility to set the tone with this
Requirements:
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong Computer Skills
- Excel Very Important, Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point
- 3+ Years’ Experience in Leadership
- Highly Motivated, Self-Driven Individual who is Detail Orientated
- Excellent Attention to Detail while working in a fun & Fast Paced Environment
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Ability to Prioritize and Multi-Task
- Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clients, contractors, vendors)
- Clean and Professional Appearance
- Punctual and Dependable
