Account Development Manager - Tech Sales Job at ITEOM

Our client is seeking a Account Manager / Business Development Representative who is a hungry and innovative sales professional that is ready to take on the challenge of building and expanding a leading IT, Voice and Cloud company. Our client is seeking a sales professional who would be responsible for hunting new business as well as managing a set of SMB clients. In this role, you'll be a hands-on and ready to roll up your sleeves to achieve growth, working alongside your technical support team.

Salary : 55-70K base with OTE 150K+, uncapped commissions

Location: Remote w/ 25% travel - preferred locations Durango, CO; Albuquerque, NM; Denver, CO;

Working in Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a pipeline through prospecting, following up on inbound leads, attending industry trade shows, and leveraging your business networks.
  • Deepen the relationship with existing partners and customers, resulting in growth of their solution sets ensuring they are receiving proper customer support and continual renewal and upsell of services.
  • Work within a team of technology professionals to design business-focused technology solutions and explain the business benefit to the client

  • Closing deals - MRR oriented SMB Deals

  • Communication and handoff of project scope to ops

What You’ll Have:
  • 1-4 years experience with SaaS, Tech startup, or managed services sales experience .
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate true hunter skills by having developed a new territory, new market or developed a new book of business with a new product (entrepreneurial mentality).
  • Passion for all phases of acquiring and serving customers – from pipeline generation to customer onboarding and retention and customer servic e
  • Ability to consistently deliver sales results on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • Consistent over-plan achievement and high income achiever
  • Incredibly fast learning skills
  • Clear and thoughtful communication, excellent language skills in English - Spanish is a plus!
  • Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and CRM
