This is a high-visibility position with scope for creativity and self-development. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and excels in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple programs simultaneously, make decisions with data, have a deep understanding of MarTech, and proven expertise in traditional lead gen tactics but also account-based tactics. The primary focus of this role is to work with the sales and marketing teams to develop a lead generation capability that identifies, engages, nurtures, and qualifies leads.
The ABM Manager will be tasked with the planning & execution of integrated account-based marketing programs, generating sales pipeline to help cement our position as a mobile commerce must-have in the Shopify space. As the founding member of Tapcart’s ABM program, you’ll have the freedom to plan, experiment, and execute campaigns across different channels using the full range of tactics, from direct mail to web personalization. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with the team and make an impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Create sales opportunities (ABM-driven pipeline): We are looking for marketers who can help us initiate sales conversations with relevant prospects. Your success will mainly be measured on Sales Opportunities you contribute to creating
- Own strategy & execution of ABM program and all related tactics (direct mail, web personalization, email, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with sales to identify target accounts and campaign messaging, then coordinate creation of multi-channel, multi-touch pipeline creation and acceleration campaigns that drive revenue & sales activity
- Leverage account-based data and technology to help our marketing and sales teams attract, engage, convert, and grow strategic accounts
- Learn the target market’s pain points and dive deep into their niche
- Lead ongoing ABM check-ins with sales team to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans remain on track, adjusting program as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years relevant experience, preferably in the ecomm SaaS space
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end campaign strategy planning, execution, and measurement, including demonstrated success owning integrated account-based marketing programs
- You are a "full-stack" B2B marketer with proficiency in inbound marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, and account nurturing. Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads
- Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
- Highly creative: You like to come up with out-of-the-box ideas for ABM executions, and strive to create a memorable prospect experience through unique ABM experiences
- Collaborative, team-player: You enjoy helping sales teams level-up their ABM outreach, and are hands-on when it comes to ABM execution
- Superb analytical skills: You can navigate through spreadsheets and find trends and key takeaways. You’re obsessed with metrics and make decisions informed by data
- Ambitious, resourceful, and fast: You’ve always taken on more than the official job description. You have a way of making things happen even if it seems impossible while making it all seem easy. You’re comfortable with moving fast, making decisions with imperfect data, and learning on your own
- Experience with Clearbit, Hubspot, Salesforce (or equivalent) required. Experience with ABM tools (Reachdesk, Sendoso, etc.) strongly preferred
- This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer
Annual compensation range: $100,000- $120,000 USD
