Job Summary
Guest Relations team members are responsible for providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Verify tickets for access to Club and Suite Levels.
- Work Guest Relations kiosks throughout PNC Park.
- Operate elevators throughout PNC Park.
- Run wheelchairs to help guests get to their seats.
- Assist guests with their needs during their game-day experience.
- Provide a friendly and safe environment for all guests.
- Consistently delivering WOW! Moments for our guests.
